Reverse Raffle Rules
Every ticket will be drawn to determine the winner. Winning tickets must be present at the event; the purchaser
of the ticket does not. All entrants must provide name, address, and contact information.
Prizes: In addition to the Grand Prize ticket, the first ticket and every 25th ticket drawn will receive a prize. The 125th ticket drawn will receive an additional prize.
Unsold tickets: Any unsold tickets will be available for purchase at the event. Cost: $50. Only ticket holders can buy unsold tickets.
Splitting the pot: When there are only 5 tickets remaining, the remaining ticket holders may split the pot or continue drawing until there is one winner. If ticket purchaser is not present, the representative holding that ticket has the authority to decide. In order for the split to occur, ALL remaining ticketholders or their representatives must be in agreement. If in agreement, the raffle is complete. If not in agreement, the next draw is made and the split is offered again to the last 4 ticketholders (then 3, and 2).
Ticket ownership: Multiple people may share the cost of a ticket, but only one person can be named as the ticket owner. The ticket owner is responsible for deciding whether to split the prize with the other finalists.
Taxes: Winners are responsible for any taxes owed on their prizes. Winner must supply his/her SS# if winnings are over $600. If winner is not present, the prize money cannot be released until the SS# is provided.
