The Brecksville Broadview Heights Community Chorus (“BBHCC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing an enjoyable concert experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding ticket purchases, event cancellations, and donations made through our website.

Ticket Purchases

1.1. All Sales Final: Unless otherwise stated, all ticket sales are final. We do not issue refunds or exchanges for unused or partially used tickets.
1.2. Lost or Misplaced Tickets: Electronic tickets will be delivered via email. If you lose or cannot locate your ticket, please contact us, and we will make reasonable efforts to reissue your ticket.

Event Cancellations or Rescheduling

2.1. BBHCC Cancellations: If BBHCC cancels a concert or event, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible. You may choose from the following options:

  • A full refund of the ticket purchase price, or

  • An exchange for tickets to a rescheduled date or a future performance (subject to availability).

2.2. Rescheduled Events: If an event is rescheduled, your original ticket will be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within the timeframe specified in the event notification.

Patron Cancellations

3.1. Unable to Attend: If you are unable to attend a performance, refunds are not available. However, we encourage you to consider donating the ticket back to BBHCC as a tax-deductible contribution. A donation acknowledgment letter can be provided upon request.

Donations

4.1. Non-Refundable: All donations made to BBHCC are voluntary and non-refundable.
4.2. Acknowledgments: Donors will receive an acknowledgment receipt for tax purposes.

Changes to This Policy

5.1. We reserve the right to update or revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date.
